RE: CVV Legislative Efforts

My recent public comments were to the commissioners were made after their
decision to purchase systems from Hart Intercivic. You are well aware of
this.

Prior comments were made in writing to this list and verbally in the
commissioners hearing room.

Joe and I have written to each other off-list many times. I considered those
conversations to be private communications and I believe that Joe thinks so
as well. While some of those may have been contentious, not all were.

I am public when I choose to be. Same for Joe and any other private citizen.
Anything that emanates from my mouth must be my personal opinion, unless I
specifically state that I am speaking for my party.
I am in point of fact one of nine official mouthpieces for the Libertarian
Party of Colorado, a position that I was elected to at the 2003 state
convention. Beyond that I speak for me alone. I believe that Joe speaks (or
should) for himself.
When Joe claims to speak for all people and all Boulder County citizens, I
have a problem with that and say so.
