I will not meet to design a hand-counting process. I've already
relayed the Colorado law on hand counting methodology, and have no
interest in teaching our election officials to count.

I am spending June July and August backpacking in the high country
and so must wind down my participation in all of this. I will leave
the 146 hand counting volunteers' emails with someone before I go.

I've been pushing for hand counting since November and received
indifference and opposition, especially, and insultingly, from Paul
Tiger, as recently as the day before yesterday. I am not a tech
worker and lack the funds and time to outlast the techies who have
endless time to try to design an electronic voting system -before
NIST rules come forth- and now want to design hand voting -before a
lawsuit.  A lawsuit is what is needed now that we've lost in Boulder
County due to the waste of all the time and support we would have
had if we had consensed on hand counting months ago.

I have talked with several lawyers about a lawsuit. We all need to
talk to all the lawyers we can to build a team for a big fight. We
need to research any related lawsuits around the country.

Poor people like myself (due to the City of Boulder shutting down my
entertaining career on the Mall for 3 years, endless hassle
thereafter, and the City misleading citizens to help defeat the
Voting by Phone ballot initiative I spent my small inheritance on)
do NOT waste energy. I've been at the verge of losing my apartment
and becoming homeless for over a year.
