RE: Colorado SOS Garfield County report now on-line

Except Boulder County. There's no dial-in anything to elections in BC.

And the SoS decided to use Integrity for the centralized system that we are
all going to have to suffer through in the future. Remember that HAVA puts
the Vreg system in the hands of the SoS. All the counties will just be
subscribers.

Whoa. Garfield County used Sequoia Integrity for voter registration
storage, just like Boulder County. And apparently every county using
Integrity has remote dial-in access to the system!

Page 7 of the report says:

"On June 2, 2003, DeOrio [an employee of the Colorado Secretary of State],
through a dial-up connection from the Elections Office to each county,
added an "active/verify" status to the Garfield County Integrity System."
