Sunday RMN Masthead Editorial

Hi Al -

I can't find it online (yet?) but Sunday 5/30/2004 Post/News lead (masthead)
editorial on page 7E reads,
"Electronic Voting Plan Needs Work," subhead "Verification is Key," pulled
quote is "The only sure protection is to print a paper ballot for
verification while the voter is still in the voting booth."  NOTE!  They
wrote "ballot," not "record," or "receipt" or any other flimsy substitute!
Also, "... House Bill 1227 falls short of the goal in several ways."  The
editorial cites Teresa Hommel's "Fraud-o-meter at http://wheresthepaper.org
as their eye-opener -- thank you Teresa!
