Statewide voter registration system news

Accenture, formerly the consulting arm of Arthur Andersen, was awarded a 
contract to build the Colorado statewide voter registration database, 
called "SCORE" ("Statewide Colorado Registration and Election"):

The Secretary of State now has an open RFP for "independent validation and 
verification" of the SCORE system at:
