Yes Ralph you do repeat yourself. It must be embarrassing.
Perhaps you do it just to hear yourself? I worked as an elections judge for about 12 years in
this county. I also worked in elections. Perhaps you might recall that I also
ran for the clerk’s position. If you are going to keep pointing at the elections
laws it might be good to learn how to read the CRS. At the bottom of the
statute page there are annotations. One in particular says: L. 2002: (1), (2), (3), and (4) amended and (1.6)
and (4.5) added, p. 1630, § 7, effective June 7. Which happens to be the last one. This means that the law changed. I don’t know what it
said before, and it isn’t really that important to me. It appears to be
important to you, so I suggest you find out. I most certainly have been incorrect before, and on
this I am not. The sequence number, which you are calling a serial number,
appeared on the ballot. It may have also appeared on the stub, but I know that
it was on the ballot. I believe that the clerks’ office still has some of
these older style ballots on hand, and if you are nice they might let you see
one. Paul Tiger |
