I wanted to inform you that there's a new
Boulder-based action-oriented coalition that has formed to address the
electronic voting system issue in our last remaining weeks before the
election.
The organization Coloradoans For Voting Integrity (CFVI) that was
formed by Bob McGrath has been temporarily and legally adopted as a
project of
the Rocky Mountain Peace and Justice Center. Carolyn Bninski is
leading the
project, and it's operating in alliance with Colorado Communities for
Justice and Peace (CCJP).
Wow, that's a lot of organizations.
Anyway, lots of campaign strategies are already in the works, and the
task groups meets weekly on Wednesday evenings at 7PM at the new Peace
Center on Canyon Blvd.
Carolyn and I welcome everyone who has been active with CVV to attend.
You can contact Carolyn directly at 303-444-6981 to catch up on the
latest details,
or just come to the next meeting.
