CACM Voting Systems issue



As mentioned a few months ago, the Association for Computing Machinery,
aka the ACM, devoted the October 2004 issue of their membership magazine,
_Communications of the ACM_, to voting system security issues.  (The ACM
is a large membership organization of computing professionals.)

I haven't had time to do more than skim it yet, except for Doug Jones'
_Auditing Elections_ overview.  But the table of contents of the issue are
below.  Links to fulltext are at the following URL, but they're restricted
to ACM members.  If you're not an ACM member and you wish to read the
issue, you might be able to do so via your local research university
library; or you can contact me and we will work something out.
