Despite many, many Republican attempts to amicably plan for the Logic & Accuracy Test of voting equipment, Boulder County Clerk & Recorder officials refused to answer Republican questions about the counting system and the process.

“This logic & accuracy test is a hoax,” said Al Kolwicz, Republican test official.

The clerk has not responded to the Republican’s October 10^th letter challenging the authority and legality of the clerk’s proposed rules – see attached.

The clerk refused, today, to discuss the objectives of the test and how votes will be interpreted -- see attached.

Green Party poll watchers were present.
