RE: Hand count of some live votes here tomorrow
I respectfully disagree. The time for planning on how the recount would be
done has past. Now is the time for the recount in action. People who have
been paying any attention to the issues of the elections in Boulder County
would have known that there was to be a recount for Boulder County Ballot
Issue 3A since the outcome was made public. That was the 17th of November.
The time for input on the planning of the recount would have been before the
recount took place. Well before. Not the same day of the recount; or the day
before.
BTW - something's not right about the relaying of this message, because
though it shows that Neal sent it yesterday at 5:31pm, I didn't receive it
until today at 10am.

Subject: Hand count of some live votes here tomorrow
There will be a hand count audit of a few batches of live votes as
part of the recount of the St. Vrain Valley School District ballot
issue. I think it will start at 1 pm tomorrow. I think the proposal
was that there will be two teams of three people doing the counting,
and each team will count their ballots twice to ensure consistency.
But I haven't seen anything in writing.
If people have good input on the best way to do this, now is the time.
