From today's Longmont Times Call, which says he resigned on November 18th and says he's retiring.

Does his quote finally admit that trustworthy elections in Boulder County weren't important to him?

County elections chief quits

BOULDER — Boulder County elections manager Tom Halicki is leaving his job after less than two years, citing the demands of the position.

His last day will be Dec. 31.

“It was really time to say ‘I really have to focus on what is important to me,’” he said.
