Lou Puls letter to Daily

Congrats to Lou Puls for his letter to the Colorado Daily today. The
problem with highly intelligent people like Paul Danish is it tends
to make them arrogant -and they can focus their intellect on details
which the big picture render irrelevant... Evan

Danish column would make sense if election hadn't been stolen by
Bush

Paul, it would be hard to fault you for your opinion of "Dems in
P.E.S.T. therapy" (CD "Danish Plan" 12-8-04). However, your
"get-over-it" attitude needs some heads-up awareness. The evidence
is proliferating that not only was the 2000 election stolen (mainly
by disenfranchising more than 90,000 Florida blacks) - now it is
flagrantly more obvious that so was the 2004 election (largely with
crooked voting machines).

Anyone mildly familiar with calculus, probability, and statistics
can easily be persuaded that the exit polls (as usual) were right on
and the "certified" results were once again fraudulent. Right here
in Boulder County, Hart-Intercivic (H-I) (the Texas-based provider
of our $1.5 million voting machines) should be required to answer a
few questions (to show due diligence in performance of their
contract) that have arisen in the last few days with respect to
illegal activity by H-I in both Tarrant County, Texas and in Ohio.
It has been revealed by employee letters that the H-I voter data is
not stored randomly as advertised (and agreed by contract). Hence
Republican Al Kolwicz was fully justified to demand proof that the
serialized and identifiable ballots were constitutional, and not at
all deserving of the County Clerk's condemnation and threat of
arrest. If H-I is not required to prove the Boulder County system is
not equally compromised, then our public officials are grievously
derelict - just they were by buying such a demonstrably
untrustworthy system.

It was also revealed that H-I lied that its system was not connected
to a public network, thus making it vulnerable to secret data
changes and malware attack. Once again, if H-I is not required to
prove the Boulder County system is not equally compromised, then our
public officials are grievously derelict.

Don't suggest that Dems or anyone else seriously interested in not
allowing our Republic to descend into fascism should "just get over
it." The Shrub gangsters are systematically carrying out each of the
widely accepted fourteen characteristics of fascism, including
corrupting faith into nationalistic religionism and stealing
elections.

PS: You are wrong that Hitler was elected in 1933 - it turned out
his party actually lost, and only by threatening the Reichstag
members with violence in the name of patriotism was he able to force
his illegal appointment as Chancellor.

Lou Puls
