As with almost everything in politics, the devil is in the details.
Which of the provisions of the bill(s) are core to her position and
which are 'harmless fluff' that is intended to pacify someone? I do
not have much confidence in Clinton's ability to draft good
legistration. Mostly I see an aggregation of muddled clauses. If this
becomes law there will be a worse mess than now, mostly because of
little details like a missing word, 'November' in another ballot
issue.

We have been crawling quite nicely for two centuries here in US, and
for longer than that in some countries in Europe. Maybe, for voting,
crawling is the way to go, i.e. hand counted paper ballots.
There is no Constitutional Mandate to provide profits for DRE vendors.
