Dear CFVI Member:

Our CFVI meeting will be held at Tuesday March 8th 1516 Xavier (5th Floor) at 7pm.

(Note: we moved up to the 5th floor).

To increase participation of all CFVI members an email vote will be taken. CFVI currently meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month at 7pm; we would like to know:
What day of the week is best for your attendance?  (Reply to this email to vote.)

The agenda for tonight will include:

1.	Review of Legislative actions
a.	The end of the Mitchell / Madden bill (SB05-079);
b.	The emergence of the Gordon / Mitchell bill;
c.	What we know about the new bill.
2.	What do we do now? The time to act is NOW.
a.	Meeting with Ken Gordon.
b.	Presenting a unified front: Trying for concensus on several key issues:
i.	Recounts;
ii.	Audits;
iii.	VVPB vs. VVPAT;
iv.	DRE vs. Ballot Producers;
v.	What is the final authority in an election: a Paper Ballot, a Paper Trail, or an Electronic Record?
vi.	Authority of the SoS.
vii.	Realism vs. Idealism. Is any bill better than no bill? What is the best we can hope for?
