I've put the scanned ballot and hand count plans, from Alisa Lewis, as
approved by the Secretary of State's office, up at

She said the manual count audit will be Friday morning.  Let's get the
news to cover it!

Analysis, comments are welcome.  As would OCR or transcription help.
I haven't had time to write up my own thoughts yet (or even to read
the ballot plan....).
