Yes well that would have been a lie, wouldn't it. Orange county had serious
problems, BoCo knew about them and bought the trash anyway. The elections
manager in Orange said if he had the choice, he would never use them again,
but they own 16 scanners so that's not very likely is it, now?

When government has a proved system they will continue to use it. Its proven
to do something, just not what it was designed for.
