Dear Ms. Eberle:

     The commissioners will be scheduling a public hearing at which 
the response to the Election Review Committee's findings will be 
presented by the Clerk and Recorder. That response will include 
specific action items that the Clerk and Recorder, along with the 
Elections Division manager, Joshua Liss, will be undertaking in the 
days, weeks and months ahead.
     The public hearing will likely be scheduled for the last Tuesday 
in July or the first Tuesday in August, depending on the 
commissioners' schedule. The text of the response from the Clerk will 
be posted on our Web site at least a week prior to the public hearing, 
so check there in the coming days.
