make it a PDF. Word docs aren’t easily transportable and everyone should be
able to read this (rather terse attack). Besides that it was editable. I was in
a hurry before. Can anyone recall all that hoopla about ‘standardized PDF
files’ from Hart? Well here’s a perfect example of how the clerk was baffled by
bullshit. The clerk published a PDF file that a lot of people couldn’t read.
Apparently these are mostly non-MS people (a new twist). No one can copy’n
paste from that file (if they can download it). The ERC letter is downloadable
and text – not bitmap. There are no standards that drive themselves. There are only
people. You can either know what you are doing; try to learn; or lie through
