public hearing on election equipment

Dear Commissioners:

Please do not hold the public hearing regarding the purchase of any 
election equipment during the last two weeks of March. The last week 
is spring break, and the week before it everyone is getting ready for 
spring break. The first few days in April similarly would not be good 
days for a hearing because people will be straggling back after being 
gone for spring break.
