Dear Ms. Jana Petersen:

Is verbal public input being solicited at this (4:15) meeting?

(A) Are the Commissioners aware that the applicable law regarding voting
devices was misquoted by the Secretary of State?

(B) Are the Commissioners aware that New York has been given a HAVA reprieve
for a year?

(C) Are the Commissioners aware that the VotePad device seems to be a much
better system and that -- as far as I know -- most "good voting activists"
prefer this system to the Hart system?

(D) Are the Commissioners aware that the VotePad device does not have the
flaw that it would be possible to determine how any voter using the Hart
System could be identified and how their votes were cast thus violating
voting secrecy?
