Supplemental documents - HAVA complaint re wrongful HART certification

We just submitted 22 documents to the Secretary of State to be included in the HAVA complaint hearing record.

The documents can be viewed from the May 30th entry on the CAMBER home page, and are also attached if you’d like your own copy www.users.qwest.net/~alkolwicz  The Secretary of State has confirmed that they have received and can print the documents.

The Secretary of State has still not responded to our requests for numerous pertinent documents.

We continue to be very uneasy with a process where the defendant Secretary of State is also Prosecutor, Judge and Jury, and where the SOS hides documents needed to verify facts.

Subject: Supplemental documents for the HAVA complaint record

Mr. Munster,

Attached is a folder containing 22 documents that I submit for inclusion in the HAVA complaint record.

There are 22 files and eight folders in the attached zipped folder.  The eight folders contain graphic objects which should be automatically applied to the printout of the corresponding file.

Please let me know that you are able to open and print each of the 22 documents.  The first is an index.

Thank you very much.
