Microsoft Post-Patch Security Flaws

More serious flaws found, this time in desktop applications like the  
word processor or spreadsheet. Two points of interest may be that  
attacks based on these flaws are being "super targeted" at specific  
businesses and that these critical flaws are being found even after  
company testing and security updates:

"According to security alerts aggregator Secunia, the Excel flaw has  
been confirmed on a fully updated Windows XP SP (Service Pack) 2  
system with Microsoft Excel 2003 SP2."

I don't suppose these are the types of systems that our elections  
officials use all across the country, are they?!?
