are

 Ronald L. Rivest, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (coinventer
 of RSA, member of the TGDC and a pioneer in computer security for
 decades)

 Dan S. Wallach, Rice University

There will be talks from Doug Jones, Steve Bellovin and a bunch of
other experts in voting and computer security.  The famous USENIX
Security conference is in the same place, July 31 to Aug 4.

USENIX/ACCURATE Electronic Voting Technology (EVT) workshop.

EVT seeks to bring together researchers from a variety of disciplines,
ranging from computer science and human factors experts through
political scientists, legal experts, election administrators, and voting
equipment vendors. The workshop format will emphasize questions and
answers for the papers as well as discussion among the participants.

The workshop program begins with a Keynote Address by Walter Mebane
from the Department of Government at Cornell University. The paper
presentations follow, covering a broad range of topics including
usability, technologies, and policy and practice.
