Don't forget a few other DREadful people who wanted DRE's, giving US the DREadfully flawed HAVA law of 2002:
jailbird Bob Ney, his disgraced handler Tom Delay, convict-corrupter Jack Abramoff - 
and moreover all those DREadful Political-Hack Yes-Men who replaced (and squelched the investigations of) those honest US Attorneys getting ready in 2005 to put the pieces together of the triumvirate of far greater crime.
