RE: Longmont: Decision next Tuesday night
Very cute Paul,
Now how about some real help? For weeks I've been asking technical questions
about the Hart Ballot Now system that I now of several people here who know
these things. No response. The last few emails have asked about procedures
for counting, but all I get is criticism.
Paul I know your response was tongue-in-cheek, and I don't mind, but
seriously folks, this discussion group has moved from cooperative work to an
announcement page for things happening everywhere but here.
My heartfelt thanks to Mary Eberle and Margit Johansson for coming to
Longmont last week.
Do you know why it sounds like I am begging for help? That's because I am
begging for help.

Hand calculators are a really bad calculating numbers for an official
record. There is no record, no paper trail of what numbers were
entered into the calculator/computer. Of course the possible bad
numbers are 'human error', but hand calculator facilitate human error.
Otherwise, a fine report on happenings in Longmont.
Thanks.
