Harvie Branscomb's Hart Logic and Accuracy Report

Dear CFVI Members,

Attached is Harvie Branscomb's fascinating and damning Hart Logic and 
Accuracy Report from Eagle County. The report relates to the August 12 
primary. On August 19 Teak Simonton, Eagle County Clerk, forwarded the 
report to all the other Colorado county clerks who have Hart equipment.

Harvie says that a second report is being prepared that covers the 
county's primary audit and canvass. This second report will be even more 
damning.

Please take a look at how the Hart Ballot Now scanning process is NOT 
trustworthy!
