RE: MUST READ Excellent Report on Need for Emergency Paper Ballots!

So someone ought to write an op ed in the papers before people go to the polls, indicating that with the record number of initiatives
on the ballot, and the fact that some people will elect for paper instead of using machines at the polls, that CFVI recommends
to the clerks no fewer than x number of voting stations per precinct, and perhaps absentee ballots hand-delivered to the county
clerks office to ensure that votes are recorded as cast and not in danger of disappearing by the U.S. Postal service.

See Bill Edelstein & Save Our Votes' five page report titled "How can we prevent long lines
from disenfranchising voters in this year's election?" http://www.saveourvotes.org/releases/2008/7-23-emergencyballots-sov.pdfIt is supposed to be very good, and something that should be distributed to clerks, etc.
