Re: cartoon from Netherlands



While I understand the implication of the cartoon (and not to seem to *itchy about it as I love a good joke too) - I would caution us all to remember the disabled community is one of the fastest growing demographic groups in the world and it has a diminishing flavor that might not been seen as humorous. 
 
Having citizens who live with disabilities watch the polls shouldn't be seen as a joke it actually makes alot of sense.  Public policies generally negatively affect the most vulnerable first hence they have the most stake - we SHOULD have them watch elections for us.
