1-7-304. Manner of voting.
(2) Each eligible elector who has completed the ballot and is ready to vote
shall then leave the voting booth and approach the election judges having
charge of the ballot box. The elector shall give his or her name to one of
the election judges, who shall clearly and audibly announce the name in a
loud and distinct tone of voice.

More surprising and worrysome to me from what Michael Scarpello said
today was that in Denver they do not have an election judge publicly
announce the name of the voter. In Boulder we always did that, and I
understood it was so that neighbors, pollwatcher, etc would be able to
tell if there was any question of identity. It always seemed
appropriate to me and a nice way to be proud of being there.
I don't know what the Colorado law or rules say about it. What is
Boulder doing this year?
