Re[2]: D.C. announces public test of Internet voting (AKA "digital vote by mail")

Title: Re[2]: D.C. announces public test of Internet voting (AKA "digital vote by mail")

Neal,

I am hardly a Ruby guru ... but I hae spent about a year studying it and am writing stuff that will, I hope, sell.

I don't have much time to spare ... election politics is consuming vast amounts of my time.

But ... here I am ... a Ruby journeyman programmer.

Footnote: Ruby is an interpreted language.  If the interpreter has been hacked then all bets are off.
