Hi All,
See that the Truthout.org article cited below mentions how Colorado has an internet voting project in four counties.
Specifics on the Colorado project which Judd Choate has given me so far are:
"This references the remote ballot delivery system we are currently employing for a handful of UOCAVA voters in four counties. Eligible UOCAVA voters log into the system, vote online, print out their completed ballots and either mail or fax them to the county. For military UOCAVA voters, these completed ballots may be emailed to the counties, as per Colorado statute. The counties are Weld, Park, Gilpin, and Yuma. The Department of Defense sponsored a program where they awarded the contract (and paid for the service) to a vendor for each state that participated, which is about 22 or so."
I have asked for more information. (Back in Feb, when I asked the SOS office about whether the state had received any funds for an internet voting pilot project, the answer was "No".)
