(Computer Systems operator of the Boulder County Elections Division,
25 years prior experience in advanced computer operating systems and
advanced computer data storage and retrieval) I would tend to accept his
assessment of spam handling rather than the word of one who is not even
capable of recognizing the need for minimally secure handling of emailed
election returns.
