Diebold Memos @ Swarthmore

Has anyone else looked at the "Diebold memos" that they are claiming DMCA infringements on which the Swarthmore students have picked up and distributed?

Some of them are quite damning, it seems.

For example, did you know that Precinct 216 in Volutia County, Florida gave Al Gore MINUS 16,022 votes (that is, negative votes which reduced his tally) in November 2000?

I won't link to it for fear of them coming after this mailing list (perhaps we can have this list hosted by a public entity somehow?), but it is linked on this page at Slashdot which also talks about the Sequoia system:

<http://yro.slashdot.org/yro/03/10/22/0057244.shtml? tid=103&tid=126&tid=99>

If you can't find it from that link, use the URL to find it in one of the mirrors. That's just one glaring example, there are unfortunately many others.
