their votes ... that's what I say.

Your vote is your business. What you do with it, who you tell, whatever
group you work with. Its your business, not that of the government.

Hi JCBollinger,

the theory, at least, is that as a Candidate A supporter, I can promise to
pay a voter money for bringing back a paper receipt that shows that they
voted for Candidate A.  Without a paper receipt, I have no way of knowing
whether the voter actually voted for Candidate A or not.
