hand counters with liberty

I recant. Those of you that wish to pursue hand counted ballots will not
receive opposition from me in the group. I have stated my opinion, but I was
wrong to do battle with those that see this as an option. Doing so attempts
to squelch your liberty and freedom.

Ralph, if you believe that you can get a large enough group of people to
support an alternative to digital systems such a hand tallied ballots
perhaps you can gain more cooperation from the county and the state.
