Tom R. asked me about CVV signing the VV.org statement and I realized I had not sent this to the list.

Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong about my presumption of consensus, but considering that we spent as much time as we did deciding to include the term HR2239 in our group's statement about election law reform, I figured I was pretty safe on this one ;-)
