PS: Re: Hand Counting: How Possible Is It for This Year?



I should add that unless organizations like CVV to CFVI decide
quickly to change from abstruse debates on technical points to
getting popular support for "hand-counted paper ballots until
electronic voting standards are set", then we are ASSURED of having
NON-VERIFIABLE voting this november, especially in Colorado.
