Speaking of Avante, I seem to recall that Boulder County rejected their 
FREE offer to use their system (which includes ballot on demand 
printing and document imaging scanning systems, of all things) because 
we had been told it wasn't certified.
So, who's zoomin' whom? Oh wait, about $1.5 million later, I know the 
answer....
