Hi Al,

I do recall seeing your comments cc'd to the cvv-discuss list a few days
ago, so I took a look at the message headers.  My guess is that they
weren't included with the set that I got from Mike Ryder at the County
Courthouse because you sent your comments directly to Tom and Linda and
not to the commissioners' E-mail address.  But you might want to check
with Mike Ryder to be sure.

I'd be happy to include a scanned copy of the letter on the website - I
will scan it in hopefully w/in the next few days -- or you can add the
link yourself to the PastEvents page, since the text of your comment is 
already up on the web site as part of the mailing list archives at
