Good idea, though the suggested chronology utterly amazes me: first September, second July? Okayyyy.........
I repeat the caution I sent to Bob McGrath only initially: Jeffco county clerk has already sent mailings asking who wants absentee ballots. By Sept it may be way too late; people are throwing out the mailing as we speak. Maybe something sooner would be in order, like, now.
