Most interesting, in light of CfVI's recent legal travails:
 

Defendant Cortes’s Motion to dismiss is based on the following grounds:

 

1.      The Eleventh Amendment bars Plaintiff’s state law claims.

2.      Plaintiff lacks standing to assert the claims set forth in the complaint.

3.      Plaintiff fails to state a cause of action upon which relief can be granted.
