This is manifestly untrue. The ballots had to be folded in order to be
inserted into the ballot box. My recollection is that this was even
reported in the Camera, among other places. But, I guess, this was an
assertion that was made at the meeting, and as such it properly needs
to be in a list of assertions that should be examined
