I hope that this is realistic. Certainly there is sufficient talent in BoCo,
some of it currently under-employed. But aren't there issues of getting the
modified software 'validated'? Who is the responsible agent for validating?
I'm not asking this as a way of throwing cold water on this. Just saying
let's get real. And who can look at the software? County employees, I suppose,
but can contractors hired under contract look at it? Can persons who are
interested in bidding on an RFP from the County look at it? What other classes
of people? And, can anyone who can look at it, also run the text of the source
through analysis programs in order to collect statistics on the size of the
problem? I'd be interested in examining this piece of ... .
