Tabulators and machines. Tabulators were failing and
there was no support to fix them. The punchers were getting dull and
misaligned. While a supply judge I took apart ones in my precinct and beat them
into submission (alignment). Didn’t have the tools there to sharpen them. The bench
grinder in my shop at home would have been suitable. Colorado made them illegal, so what’s the point. Go to the legislature; go find a fixit guy who the SoS
