Re: Write-In Ballots



Many people believe that a tabulator is a machine (myself included) thus
it is easy for miscommunication on the issue of where the problem was.
I suspect the tally machines, as these must be much more complex machines
than a device that keeps the ballot from sliding about while the voter
punches out a punch-out region.
