Excellent - except for one glaring problem ... they are going to rent DRE.

This PR statement doesn't say that, but we know it is true. Anyone care to

significant portion, if not all, of the costs of renting equipment
for this year's elections, thereby posing little or no fiscal impact
to Boulder County in 2006.
