New meeting Thursday 9am: Elections RFP Committee Meeting Continuation

They scheduled another meeting tomorrow.  I just got the email
included below.

There was a lot of interest in reducing costs at the meeting today.  I
suspect there is some "sticker shock" after seeing the price of the
Hart system (still undisclosed as far as I know).

Also, I've updated the page on audits, with a tiny "sample auditable
report", at
