Are we merely playing "whack a mole" by fixing one problem after another, often at great expense and reduction in the public's confidence that our elections are being run properly? MMore like "grease a palm" of the same forces who rigged the 2000 problems (again: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=quFtd5P2Q8g), causing HAVA and havoc never experienced with the Datavote machines EVER, even at their introduction.
