As we have discussed before, it will always be possible to sell your vote.
An encrypted paper receipt does nothing to encourage or discourage that practice.


As for your choice: I'm flabbergasted.
What does it matter if you sell your vote if the votes aren't even counted correctly?
All the vote selling in the world won't change an election if the outcome is predetermined by a biased count.

(2) Knowing that I can sell my vote
